An interactive complete wellbeing system for employees and individuals, featuring advice, guides, videos, podcasts and resources on exercise, nutrition, sleep, maternity, mental health, finance and retirement.

What we did
Ongoing development of each of the core apps, in a bespoke PHP environment utilising many modules including Laravel components. Our expertise in bringing together many resources into scoring algorithms was hudely beneficial in producing an integrated product covering all aspects of wellbeing. A layer of gamification on top added extra user engagement and retention. HR reporting and payment gateway integration lightened the administrative burden.

What they do
A multi-faceted and fully integrated driver and fleet risk management system provides clients with continual analysis, reporting and training for risk mitigation.
The Driver Intelligence System provides drivers with their individual account and activity lists to ensure compliance with company policies, while HR and Fleet management can report on and administer drivers and vehicles. Features include licence checking, fleet management, management of nominated drivers, incident processing, event booking and e-learning.
A sophisticated risk profiling module simplifies reporting and allows targeted intervention where higher risk is identified.

What we did
Working in close partnership with the Driver Intelligence team, we continually met to identify next development priorities, scope out required features and behaviours for new modules and develop iteratively to fine-tune the final product. Our technical input at all stages was essential to ensuring priorities were met and budgets were used wisely.
A modular approach allowed us to focus on key system improvements, while retaining an overall strategy to produce a fully featured system.

What they do

Gap 360 are a travel company specialising in gap years and activity breaks.

Their website catalogues a wide range of different travel products with variations on features and duration, to dozens of destinations across six continents. This is complemented with a personalised approach offering travel advice and helping their customers prepare everything they need for their trip.

What we did

We took on support and development for Gap 360's business critical ERP and CRM system, built in ColdFusion. The first priority was to stabilise some performance issues which required ongoing monitoring, tweaking and benchmarking. This process was a huge success and very swiftly the system was running smoothly and reliably.

Our team also provided development of some key features, including product management and financial reporting. In a wide ranging system this required knowledge of various aspects of how the modules worked together to ensure improvements were delivered bug-free.

Epic Activation specialise in brand engagement and digital promotions. They have built a system that enables the setup, management and fulfilment of promotional campaigns including competitions. They provide consultancy and support to their clients and added services include prize sourcing, micro site builds, handling and fulfilment.

What we did

We designed, engineered and developed a unique platform in the PHP Laravel framework in order to facilitate a variety of promotional campaign configurations. Each campaign can be configured according to requirement, from prize draws to lucky winning moments to mini games. The solution is a generic and flexible tool that allows the Epic team to define new campaigns and run them to conclusion. A layer of real-time reporting and data exporting completes the toolset.

Of key importance was the performance of some core algorithms dealing with large volumes of data, from random code generation, to random winning moments across a number of configured settings.
